Machines for TIG welding rods

 

Our models for the production of TIG welding rods (in different material as stainless steel, aluminium, coppered iron CO2 etc.), split themselves in two main categories, both complete with a stamping unit for one or all the two rod ends: the hyperbolic rolls straightening system ones and the straightening bushes ones. The wire is cut, as in all our models, by the action of an hydraulic cylinder that guarantee a silent and clean cut with little maintenance.

 

For the hyperbolic rolls type, our production is:

 

 

• "0-OLT"

        wire diameters: from Ø 1 mm to Ø 2,4 mm.

 

 

• "1-OLT"

        wire diameters: from Ø 1,6 mm to Ø 4 mm.

 

 

• "2-OLT"

        wire diameters: from Ø 2 mm to Ø 6 mm.

For the straightening bushes type:

 

 

• "RB05/2 OLT"

        wire diameters: from Ø 1 mm to Ø 4 mm.

 

 

• "RB15/4 OLT"

        wire diameters: from Ø 1,6 mm to Ø 5 mm.

 

 

• "RB2/6 OLT"

        wire diameters: from Ø 2 mm to Ø 6 mm.

 

 

 

It is also possible the production of single stamping units, which can be installed to a pre-existent straightening and cutting machines; they can stamp on rods with a diameter from Ø 1 mm to Ø 4 mm on one or both of rod ends.
